UncommonX Vulnerability Management

The UncommonX platform provides an extended set of capabilities for IT and Security teams, as well as leaders responsible for vulnerability scans, assessments, and management.

Once the UncommonX system is deployed in an environment, its patented agentless discovery creates a complete assessment of all elements in your environment, and then runs a comprehensive vulnerability scan.

The UncommonX platform then provides a cross section of vulnerability information and reporting capabilities that allow organizations to view, manage, and report on their assets based on the following criteria:

Vulnerability severity based on locations
Vulnerabilities with a specific score or severity by location, asset class, or subnet
List all assets with a specific vulnerability - these can also be filtered by asset class, role, location, or support group

UncommonX enables you to progressively manage your security and IT strategy, products, technologies, and adjust key policies based on open source and threat intelligence, IT goals, and best practices.

Vulnerability assessments can be run from the platform as an included functionality, or imported from a third party tool or report. The system uses this information to compute a Relative Risk Rating (R3) based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

UncommonX assesses the service level of an asset to correlate against the National Vulnerability Database. It provides scores relative to cohorts analyzed for historical incidents or reported breach. If no technologies are identified, representative risks that negatively impact R3 scoring will be shown.
